Corporate +Club (https://corporateplusclub.com/) is a registered trade-mark of Corporate Plus Card Inc. In order to activate your Corporate Plus Club Card, you must agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Corporate Plus Club.  By activating your card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

As a cardholder, you have the right to manage your profile and preferences. This includes the ability to opt-out of receiving certain products or services associated with the Corporate Plus Club Card.

Please note that while you may opt-out of certain offerings, some communications related to your account management and card usage may still be sent as they are essential to the operation of your card.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open exclusively to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. However, employees, officers, and directors of Corporate Plus Club, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, PenFed Realty Texas, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. Additionally, real estate professionals—including agents, brokers, and staff—along with their immediate family members are also ineligible. The organizers reserve the right to verify eligibility and make final determinations regarding participation.

No Purchase Necessary

Participation in the Promotion does not require the purchase of any product or service.

Card Cost Compliance

For those who choose to obtain a Corporate Plus Club Card through this promotion, please be advised that the cost of each card is less than $50. 

Entry and Participation

To enter, eligible individuals must complete the registration process on the official Corporate Plus Club website. Entrants must agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Corporate Plus Club to register their card and participate in the Promotion.

Prize Limitations

Only one (1) Corporate Plus Club Card may be won per household for this Promotion. Each member of the household may enter using a separate email address.  But, only one card per mailing address is eligible to win.

Opt-Out Provision

Entrants may opt-out from any emails related to the Promotion at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in such communications.  For texts, we know better than reaching out via text unless you are in the market and indicate that an email may be too slow.  Opting out of texting is simple. 

Prize Description and Odds of Winning

Each week, for each 100 entries, one card will be drawn, up to a maximum of 10 cards.  Our cost for each card is less than $50. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The prize consists of one (1) Corporate Plus Club Card per household, maximum. 

Winner Selection 

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received each week.  In the event that less than 10 people enter to win for the week, the promoter may elect to roll those entries over to the following week, or may elect to provide a prize to less than 10 people.  

Winner Notification

Cards must be activated using the same name as provided in the entry form within 30 days from the date mailed.  Activation of cards using a different name than provided in the entry form, may be deactivated at our discretion.  Cards which have not been activated in time may be “recycled” and used electronically by another winner.

Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, winners grant the agent the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.  We may announce winners of the drawings on social media and ask you to comment on your success. 

We may reach out to registered card members about their benefits, new deals, or to ask your input on how successful you have been at saving money with your Corporate +Club card.  

Hold Harmless Agreement

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to hold harmless Corporate Plus Club, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, PenFed Realty Texas, their brokers, agents and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever related to the Promotion or the use of any prize.
