Nancy and Jessica took great care of us as we moved from the southwest to Dallas on a limited time span. They spent a lot of time getting to know us and through tenacity and connections we got our new house on the first trip. Since we were out of state they handled all of the walk throughs and making sure that the house was ready to move in. They took us on showings and tracked down houses that were not yet listed each day during the four days that we visited to look at homes. Nancy is skilled at negotiation and will advocate strongly for her clients. They were also able to negotiate a favorable renters agreement with the local fauna.
